"Mozart's" Lake Tour
When I saw the great footage that Joe Dee took, this Mozart Sonata (K545 no.1) came immediately to mind. The video was shot on a breezy fall day with the waves of Skaneateles at medium height (most days, the lake is calm because it's deep and protected by the mountains). The theme development section of this sonata reminded me so much of the "conflict" on the lake that fall day. If you know music, you'll know what I mean when you watch and listen.
Joe, one of our guests, took the footage before our landscaping projects were completed. In some ways I was reluctant to use the footage, but you can see the updated landscaping on other pages of the website. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share this piece of art that Joe shot and Travis Brammer produced.
